           Julie
            M. Cannell is President of J. M. Cannell, Inc., an advisory firm
            providing specialized services pertaining to the electric utility
            industry.  Prior to founding her company in 1997, Ms. Cannell
            spent two decades with Lord Abbett & Co., an investment manager
            located in New York City.  During her tenure with that organization,
            Ms. Cannell’s responsibilities included securities analysis
            of the electric utility and telecommunications industries; portfolio
            management of both America’s Utility Fund and ten institutional
            equity portfolios with assets in excess of $700 million; and co-management
            of the Equity Research Department.  Her educational credentials
            include a B.A. from Mary Baldwin College; M.Ln. from Emory University;
            M.B.A. from Columbia University; and the designation of Chartered
            Financial Analyst. Professional affiliations include membership
            in the Wall Street Utility Group and the New York Society of Security
            Analysts.
